Kisling Managers lend a hand
Würth, a company that stands for trusting cooperation and genuine partnership with its customers, implemented a global initiative called "Managers lend a hand", which was organised for the first time this year. As a Würth Group subsidiary, Kisling was, of course, part of the programme. This project allows Kisling to better understand the needs of its customers and positively reinforce relationships.
CEO Dr Dirk Clemens and Business Development Manager Peter Muessig actively bonded beech wood hairbrushes with wild boar bristles and hairdressing pins at Bürstenfabrik Faller GmbH, which was founded in 1827. They used the cyanoacrylate instant adhesive 5713, a slightly flexibilised adhesive that is well suited for bonding different substrates.
"I have great respect for the performance of the employees at Bürstenfabrik Faller GmbH, because this manual work requires the utmost precision. This is how quality made in Germany works," explains Dr Dirk Clemens.
Many thanks to Heike Ruch, who showed the gentlemen the tricks of this precise manual labour. Our picture gallery clearly shows that the colleagues had a lot of fun.
