II. General information on data processing
1. Scope of the processing of personal data
The processing of personal data of our users is limited to those data that are necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our contents and services. The processing of personal data of our users is only carried out for the purposes agreed with them or if there is another legal basis (as defined by the GDPR). We only collect personal data that is required for the implementation and processing of our tasks and services or that you have provided to us voluntarily.

III. Description and scope of data processing
1. Provision of the website
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the system of the accessing computer. The following data is collected:

No person-related evaluation takes place. The analyses are based on anonymised data records.
The statistical evaluations are kept for 14 months.

3. Contact form
If you fill out a contact form or send us an email or other electronic message, your details will only be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry, possible related further questions and will only be used within the scope of the enquiry.
The legal basis for processing your request is Article 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. We will delete your email address after we have dealt with your request.
4. Newsletter
If you register for our newsletter, we will immediately send an email containing a hyperlink to the email address you provided. By clicking on this link, you confirm your newsletter registration (double opt-in procedure). If the registration confirmation is not received within 14 days, we will delete the email address from our temporary list, and the registration will be revoked.
By confirming the newsletter registration, you give your consent to the storage of your email address, including the date of registration, IP address as well as the list name of the desired newsletter. We use your email address and the personal data collected at the same time, such as first name, surname, function and company, only for the administration and sending of the newsletter you requested, at the periodicity specified during registration.

We do not require you to provide any personal information in order for you to download documents from our website.
