More bonding areas

There are even more bonding areas besides the bonding of basket and magnets, for instance the bonding of gasket to membrane, gasket to basket and decoration gasket to basket. Membrane and gasket can be made of different materials and they can be coated or impregnated. If the membrane is made of cardboard, it can be easily bonded. The gasket is normally made of elastomers (e.g. EPDM, FKM, Viton) which is challenging for conventional adhesives. The basket is made of either plastic (blends), metal or coated metal. Often the decoration gasket is bonded around the basket, which is made of cork, SBR or NBR. The advantages of our products are:
