1665
Methacrylate structural adhesive
Kisling's 1665 is a non-sagging, two-part methylmethacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastic, metal, and composite assemblies. Combined at a 10:1 (V:V) ratio, it has a working time of 3 to 6 minutes. 50% of final strength (at 23°C) will be achieved already within 15 to 18 minutes. The 1665 is mainly used as an universal grade for industrial applications where composites are involved. Normally it does not require any surface preparation.
